To bring this concept to life, Code Week is launching an exciting competition for educators to integrate this theme into their teachings. Careers as Constellations Competition
- Prize: An exclusive chance to win a one-on-one mentoring session with Linda Liukas. This session will focus on mentoring a student on their ‘constellation sheet’, a creative representation of their potential career path in tech.
- Participation: Educators can enter by emailing their completed templates to [email protected]. Alternatively join the Facebook Teachers Group of Code Week and posting a comment “Challenge completed” under the designated competition post once they have conducted the activity with their students.
- The challenge for 2025 is now closed, no worthy award winner could be announced.
The Careers as Constellation Challenge 2026 will run from the 15th of September 2025 until the 12th of December
and announcement of the winner on the 19th of December.
Selection: A winner will be randomly chosen from the participants who have commented. The winning educator will have the opportunity to nominate a student for the one-on-one mentoring session with Linda. Note the session can be conducted in English, French, Finnish or Swedish.
